Materials and options
FDM filament
PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and specialty filaments. Strong, economical, and good for larger parts. Layer lines are normal.
UV-cured resin
Fine surface detail for miniatures and display pieces. Best for smaller, detailed models.
Color
Color comes from the filament itself, not paint. Models split into separate color parts can be printed in multiple colors. Silk multi-color filament is also available.
Size
Small parts to large, multi-piece builds. Oversized models are split into sections. Learn more
Not every material suits every design. We confirm the material for custom work in your approved quote.
How it works
- Send a file or link. Upload an STL, 3MF, or OBJ file for an instant estimate, or send a video or product link with a short description.
- Review. We check the model's scale, walls, supports, and licensing before anything is printed, and contact you if something needs clarification.
- Quote. Uploaded files get an instant price estimate. Links are reviewed personally, and we reply within 1 business day.
- Print. Your order is printed to order and inspected before it is packed.
- Delivery. We ship within the United States with tracking. International orders are available by request.
What affects the price
Every custom job is quoted individually. The main factors are:
- Size of the model
- Print time
- Material (FDM filament or resin)
- Number of colors and filament changes
- Support removal and cleanup
- Quantity
- Whether the model is printed in several parts that need to be joined
What affects turnaround
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Large models, complex designs, and custom requests can take 5–10 business days, depending on the current production queue. For custom files, the quote includes a production time estimate.
If you have a deadline, include it in your request so we can tell you up front whether it's realistic.
Files, links, and licensing
We print files you provide, or designs licensed for print-on-demand. If you bought a paid STL, upload your licensed copy. We can't print trademarked or branded characters and designs without permission from the rights holder.
Many popular models are already in our licensed catalog. If you send a link, we check the catalog first, so the answer may be a product you can order right away.

What file formats do you accept?
STL, 3MF, and OBJ. You can also send a link to a model, product, or video if you don't have a file.
Can you print something I only saw in a video?
Send the link and a short description. We'll identify the model, check our licensed catalog, and reply within 1 business day.
Do you paint prints?
No. Color comes from the filament or resin itself. Models with separate color parts can be printed in multiple colors.
Can I return a custom print?
Custom prints are made to your specification, so they are final sale once production begins. That doesn't apply if an item arrives damaged, has a material printing defect, or doesn't match the approved order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Online checkout supports U.S. addresses. For international orders, contact us and we'll confirm availability, shipping cost, and customs requirements before purchase.
