How size is handled
We evaluate every large project by its actual dimensions. If a model fits in one piece, it's printed that way. If it doesn't, it's printed as several sections designed to fit together. Many large models, like helmets and props, are already published as multi-part files.
Sectioned prints have visible seams, and some are shipped for you to assemble. We'll confirm in your quote how the model will be split and whether it arrives assembled or ready to assemble.

Will I see seams on a sectioned print?
Usually, yes. Sections join along planned lines, and prints are not painted or filled. Many cosplayers sand and paint large prints themselves.
How are large prints shipped?
Shipped with tracking within the United States. Shipping is calculated from the packed weight and box size, so very large prints cost more to ship.
